Anna is a financial planner with more than 20 years of experience helping business owners build, protect, and transition their wealth with clarity and confidence. She works with entrepreneurs to align personal and business finances and prepare proactively for exits, retirement, and long-term legacy goals. Her approach emphasizes financial, business, and personal readiness, often in collaboration with tax and legal professionals. A first-generation immigrant and entrepreneur, Anna built her own practice from the ground up. She earned an MBA from Youngstown State University, holds the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, and maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Kevin focuses his practice on estate planning, elder law, and estate administration. He works closely with clients to develop tailored plans addressing probate, long-term care, Medicaid planning, asset protection, and family financial needs. His experience includes business succession and tax planning, multi-state estate planning and administration, estate and gift tax matters, trusts, and marital agreements, including incapacity planning and beneficiary protection. Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008
