Mimi Bishop and Jackie Ghedine
Jackie Ghedine and Mimi Bishop are Executive Coaches, Consultants, and co-founders of MGXW Consulting and The ReImagine Conference.
Their expertise is Linguistic Intelligence, the neuroscience of how we communicate. They partner with leaders and teams facing communication breakdowns that show up as real business costs: eroded trust, reduced productivity and innovation, low engagement, and high turnover.
Through executive coaching, corporate training, and immersive leadership experiences, they teach the five core pillars they’ve identified within Linguistic Intelligence: Regulation, Signaling, Candor, Inquiry, and Influence. The result is aligned communication that creates clarity, strengthens relationships, and moves teams from ambiguity to meaningful action.
