We are joined by Steve Pappas (Partner, Touchstone Advisors), Brian Fischer (Of Counsel, Day Pitney), and Jason Correia (Director, Blum Shapiro) in a conversation moderated by Keith Dee (President, Osage Advisors). Keith has over 30 years of experience as both an entrepreneur and executive. He is a leading M&A advisor to business owners in numerous industries. He advises companies in areas of strategic acquisitions, capital structure, and sale transactions. He also works with businesses on senior debt financings. Keith’s unique combination of financial and operating experience enables him to understand and meet the goals and objectives of his clients.
Keith began his career as a CPA before founding his own accounting firm. Later, he served as President of Earmark, Inc., a New England-based manufacturing company, and Chief Financial Officer of The Great American BackRub Company, a public specialty retailer and wellness company based in New York. Keith holds a BS in accounting from Bryant University.

Brian Fischer Counsel at Day Pitney
Brian represents private equity and venture capital investors, public companies, closely held companies and emerging growth companies in formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, technology arrangements, and general corporate matters. He advises clients in structuring, forming and operating private investment funds, partnerships and joint ventures. Brian also has significant experience in transition planning for family-owned and closely held businesses and assisting owners and management in preparing for and executing sale transactions and other transitions to the next generation of owners and management.
Jason Correia Director at Blum Shapiro
Jason is a director in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he provides buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings and financial due diligence, and post deal opening balance sheet support to private equity, strategic buyers and self-funded searchers. He has more than five years of experience on transactions involving middle-market companies in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, professional services and other B2B businesses. Before joining Blum Shapiro, Jason spent over eight years in public accounting.
Steve Pappas Partner at Touchstone Advisors
Steve is an experienced M&A professional with 15 years as an M&A Advisor and over 20 years in business management and sales leadership. He’s a skilled business development professional with a strong sense of urgency and connection to Business Owners and C-level executives. Prior to his M&A career, Steve was an executive within the Information Technology industry.
