Barrett Lidji
Prior to founding Northaven Capital, Barrett Lidji focused on sourcing & underwriting both equity and mezzanine debt opportunities at Congruent Investment Partners between 2015 and 2018. From 2011 to 2015, Barrett served in various roles at Lone Star Funds where he worked on traditional control buyout transactions, distressed investments, and alternative assets.
Mr. Lidji began his career as a restructuring consultant FTI Consulting where he worked on interim management and financial advisory engagements for companies in distress. Mr. Lidji earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and earned his JD/MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jonathan is a Tax Director who has worked extensively with various operating businesses and assisting with their exit strategy. His primary disciplines include federal and state tax compliance and consulting, including the preparation of partnership taxation, corporations, and individuals. Additionally, he continues to be part of the national tax training committee to ensure that there is an effective way to develop the overall tax team.
Jonathan received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and became a Texas certified CPA within 6 months of graduation.

Rob Nowak, CPA, brings 25 years of public accounting experience, providing proactive tax consulting and planning services to businesses and family offices across multiple industries. Rob has extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational privately owned companies, with a focus on succession planning, wealth protection strategies, financial benchmarking, project KPIs, and executive mentoring.
At Weaver, Rob focuses on growing our private client services practice in the Dallas.
Prior to joining Weaver, Rob was a tax partner in a top 10 national public accounting firm where he served as a regional real estate and construction tax and industry practice leader.

Kat Fitzon is a Senior Tax Professional with Lane Gorman Trubitt with 7 years of tax and accounting experience primarily in the middle-market. She has significant experience in a wide array of industries, including real estate, construction, and manufacturing. Kat works with business owners to capture tax strategies for their business and personally. She is dedicated to excellent client services, planning and advising clients on the best tax strategies to implement as well as tax preparation and compliance work. Kat also researches new tax law and educates peers to stay current with the evolving legislative landscape.
