Our panel of business owners who have recently acquired or sold a business will share their thinking and stories about what happens when it comes to actually making a deal around price.
Among the issues examined will be:
- How much of value is determined by a sense and feel of the business, and how much by the numbers.
- The three things sellers can do to enhance value.
- Apart from numbers, what were the most important factors in arriving at a price.
- What buyers and sellers wished their advisors had told them (or not).
