Bob Dunn
Bob Dunn is Managing Director of GF Data, overseeing the business for its owner, the Association for Corporate Growth. He previously held leadership roles at With Intelligence, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and Dow Jones, focusing on portfolio management, hedge fund intelligence, and private markets. Bob has deep experience in corporate and startup settings, with expertise across asset management, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. He began his career as a journalist covering private equity. Bob holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MS in journalism from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

Phil English
Phil English is Co-Chairman of the Government Relations Practice Group at ArentFox Schiff, LL, where he focuses on tax policy, international trade, technology, and healthcare. He previously served in Congress on the House Ways and Means Committee. He serves on the boards of the Tax Foundation and the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation.

Ryan Goral
Ryan Goral is the founder and CEO of G-Spire Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, corporate finance, and capital allocation. Known for his ability to execute strategic growth initiatives, Ryan partners closely with executive teams to lead M&A strategies and source, structure, and negotiate high-impact opportunities. Amanda Jackson
Amanda Jackson is the managing director of the Eastern Region, Business Development for SRS Acquiom. Amanda works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Amanda spent ten years in the financial printing industry assisting clients with initial public offerings, M&A transactions and compliance filings at R.R. Donnelley.
Amanda graduated from the University of Richmond, where she was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. She is a former member of the Board of Trustees at the Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA.

Kristin McKenna
Kristin McKenna is the President of Darrow Wealth Management and a nationally recognized specialist in equity compensation. She has a particular focus in sudden wealth events, helping individuals plan for an IPO acquisition, or sale of a business. Kristin's expertise advising business owners through transition is unique, having succesfully completed a transaction with her father, the firm's founder.
In 2023, Kristin received the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 recognition. She's a Senior Contributor at Forbes and has been published by U.S. News & World Report, TheStreet, and Business Insider. Kristin holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

Derek Mohamed
Derek Mohamed is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As co-founder of his team, he joined the firm in 2023 after leadership roles at First Republic, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. With over two decades of experience, Derek serves ultra-high-net-worth clients by simplifying complex financial needs and modeling his approach after elite family offices. He holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designations. Derek earned a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Assumption University. A former CrossFit Games world champion and college hockey team captain, Derek now enjoys golf, hiking, and coaching youth hockey. He lives in Westborough, Massachusetts, with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, and two sons.

Andrew Murphy
Andrew is an Innovation Research Manager in RSM’s Enterprise Digital team, focusing on emerging technologies and their impact on firm strategy, industry teams, and clients. He plays a key role in advising on artificial intelligence trends and implementation across the firm. Andrew has experience with platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform. His work supports digital upskilling, technology enablement, dashboard development, application strategy, and operational improvements. Through innovative solutions, he helps enhance business performance. Prior to his role in Enterprise Digital, Andrew was a Management Consultant at RSM, where he supported clients with strategic and operational initiatives.

Ellie Myers
Ellie Myers provides legal counsel in M&A, VC/PE financings, and general corporate matters. Ellie represents companies in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, life sciences, and technology services, and advises clients in all stages of their business lifecycles, from initial planning to exit, to realize their business goals.

Aaron Naisbitt
Aaron Naisbitt is a Managing Director at Dunn Rush & Co, a boutique middle-market investment bank. Aaron joined the firm in 2014, and is responsible for transaction execution, business development and firm operations. Prior to joining Dunn Rush, Aaron spent two years with Kamylon Capital, a private equity firm in Wellesley, MA.

Gordie Spater
