Dan Tyre
Dan was hired as employee number six and the first salesperson at HubSpot, he has since helped expand the sales team through management, recruiting, and training. Dan has coined the term "Smarketing" to describe the necessary alignment between sales and marketing. Leveraging his 42 years of multidisciplinary business experience in sales, marketing, and service to help scale fast-growing companies and coach those that want to harness the power of Inbound Marketing to improve their bottom line. In 2018, he published a book with Todd Hockenberry called Inbound Organization: How to Build and Strengthen Your Company's Future Using Inbound Principles.
Jack Bradley
Jack is an accomplished, strategic business partner and pragmatic, energetic leader with over 30 years of transaction expertise in a variety of industries. Jack is highly successful at initiating and negotiating complex transactions, including acquisitions and debt restructurings. He has extensive mergers & acquisitions experience, including due diligence, valuation, terms, and deal structure. He couples superior analytical abilities and a creative mind with diverse industry experience and intuition to provide valuable insights and actionable ideas.
Bob Delhome
Bob founded Charter in 1997 and has led its growth from a single-person start-up to a multi-faceted environmental remediation, civil construction and Brownfield development firm, known for performing impactful restoration projects that enhance and improve the environment on the land and in and under the water. Today, Charter numbers over 150 professionals, is continuing to grow and evolve while consistently being recognized as a market leader and innovator on a regional and national basis.
Joshua E. French
Joshua focuses his practice on advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity finance, corporate governance, business succession planning, and formation matters. Clients in all stages of their business life cycle engage Josh to serve as their outside general counsel. He has extensive experience advising privately-held emerging and middle-market companies, as well as family-owned and generational businesses, on navigating corporate formation, succession planning, fundraising, and liquidity events. Senior management at companies in a wide range of industries work closely with Josh to solve their complex business challenges.
James Higgins
James is a Founder and President of Chenmark, a family owned holding company focused on the acquisition and ongoing management of small to medium sized businesses throughout the United States and Canada. At Chenmark, Mr. Higgins focuses on capital allocation, subsidiary company oversight, and the firm’s internal leadership development and shared services teams. Before founding Chenmark, he worked at Protege Partners, a global macro hedge fund; at Suttonbrook Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund; and on the foreign exchange desk at Barclays Capital.
Amanda Jackson
Amanda works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Amanda spent ten years in the financial printing industry assisting clients with initial public offerings, M&A transactions and compliance filings at R.R. Donnelley.
Katie Johnston
Katie Johnston writes about work and income inequality for the Boston Globe. She also edits the Boston Globe's annual Top Places to Work magazine. Katie has been at the Globe since 2002, where she has also worked as a copy editor, entertainment editor, music editor, and travel/workplace reporter.
Libby Lipinski
Libby is Vice President of Human Resources at Charter, the environmental contracting and remediation company. Libby serves as the company’s people and talent leader. She provides strategy, direction and foundation to the company’s engaging and respectful approach to its 100 employees and their career development in furtherance of Charter’s mission and strategic vision. Libby received her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and has over 15 years of experience in HR roles within the industry. She’s a graduate of the Compensation Analyst Academy, as well as the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Program. When not working, Libby likes to spend time with family and keeping up with her three sons.
Derek Mohamed
Derek has over two decades of experience helping successful families — including many CEOs and business owners — make smart decisions with their money. As the founding partner of the Mohamed-Merola team, he has modeled the practice after how family offices work with the world’s wealthiest families. Mr. Mohamed is one of Forbes magazine’s top wealth advisors in Massachusetts (2018–2022) and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), an Accredited Asset Management Specialist® (AAMS®), a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM (CRPC®).
Aaron Naisbitt
Aaron is a Managing Director at Dunn Rush & Co., advising founder-led and family-held businesses valued between $20 million and $250 million. Aaron has experience in a broad range of investment banking services including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, valuations and financial advisory, but his primary focus is representing owners through the most important transaction of their lives – the sale of their business. Dunn Rush & Co. specializes in advising business owners on how to plan, prepare, execute, and close successful transactions to achieve the optimal price and terms and accomplish their most important personal objectives.
Bill Rodgers
Bill is a founder of the business law firm Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C., and regularly represents private companies and their owners. He serves as general counsel for a wide range of the firm's clients in addition to more traditional engagements in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, management-led buyouts, strategic alliances. corporate operations, commercial transactions and shareholder disputes. Bill has been repeatedly recognized by the Massachusetts Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers programs and was recently named as one of Best Lawyers’ “Lawyers of the Year” for Closely Held Companies and Family Business Law.
Lee Senderov
As Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, Lee is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing and sales strategies that advance Foundation Partners’ brand organic growth. Previous roles include President of Digital at Richline Group, a Berkshire Hathaway Company and various roles launching and growing private equity and venture capital-backed start-up companies. Lee has a History degree from Brandeis University and obtained her MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Igor Sereda
Igor Sereda is a software engineer and entrepreneur. Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, he's been building successful software businesses for more than 20 years. In 2021 his company, ALM Works, which had been developing software tools for project management, was acquired by a strategic buyer, Tempo Software. Currently Igor Sereda is living in the Boston area and holding a position of General Manager and President at Tempo Software.

Stacy Allred
Stacy Allred has dedicated her career to walk alongside individuals and families to more effectively navigate the complexity and promise of wealth. Immersed in the facilitation of family meetings and development of family governance and decision making, her practice includes supporting family systems to build competencies (collectively and individually) that are essential for one's life stage, role and continuity of the family enterprise. Prior to joining First Republic in 2020, Ms. Allred spent twenty years with Merrill Private Wealth Management, founded the Merrill Center for Family Wealth during her time there. Holding a Master's in Science in Taxation, she began her career providing comprehensive financial planning and tax services to multigenerational family groups and executives for nine years with Ernst & Young.
