Kevin Shaughnessy is the President of Sales Implementation a consulting firm based in San Antonio. He works with small and mid-size businesses to improve their sales strategy, process and execution. Previously, Kevin successfully owned and operated a multi-unit franchise business. H also has 25 years of experience leading sales teams in both public and private firms. Kevin is a trained facilitator of the Certified Sales Leader program and Integrity Selling. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern Business School and a BBA in Economics from Pace University.

I’m wired for entrepreneurship from my family’s background of entrepreneurs. I started my professional life in the corporate world working for Fortune 100 companies that were market leaders in their industry. I took that experience and found my passion by working for small businesses working hand-in-hand with the owners in growing revenue and profits, eventually owning my own business in 2010 with The Alternative Board and becoming a Certified EOS Implementer in 2015.
I have a passion for helping business leaders get their ideal life through a healthy business. I am a graduate of The University of Texas earning my BBA and MPA degrees. I also maintain my CPA license.
