Program produced by XPX Philadelphia.
In this program we continue to explore the journey to exit of a $40M, privately held, family-owned Manufacturing Company. This next session is designed to share knowledge, build relationship within XPX Philadelphia and learn from our shared values and experience. In this next session we will explore the exit from a buyer’s perspective. How do they view the company’s strengths and weaknesses? Where do they see risks and opportunity and how they include those considerations in their discussions and negotiations?
