Tara A. Marino, ASA, is a Managing Director in the valuation advisory services practice at CohnReznick with more than 15 years of experience. Tara provides valuations of entire businesses, business interests, equity securities, and intangible assets for financial reporting, tax, and advisory purposes including, purchase price allocations (ASC 805, Business Combinations), goodwill and other indefinite-lived asset impairment (ASC 350, Intangibles – Goodwill and Other), common stock valuations (ASC 718, Compensation – Stock Compensation and IRC 409A), estate and gift tax, and strategic planning.
