XPX (Exit Planning Exchange) is a non-profit organization that supports private companies build business value, transfer ownership and create a legacy of success in their lives and their communities. Angel Salinas
Angel Salinas is a Sales Management Consultant with Sandler San Antonio. His career started in 1996 leading sales and marketing efforts for companies supplying industrial supplies globally. He lead commercial teams for 12 years and represented companies with global footprint.
Angel has been a certified Sandler Training coach since 2008. He has delivered more than 10,000 hours of sales training throughout his career.
Angel is bilingual, he has a Bachelor 's degree in International Business by Monterrey Tech and completed the Executive Management Program by the IPADE Business School in Monterrey. He is a 7 year Vistage member.
Angel´s core values are: Passion, Faith, Courage, and Making a Difference.

Melinda Adams
Melinda Adams loves her dream job as a Financial Planner with M&T Financial Partners. After many years as a corporate executive with IBM & Oracle, as well as owning her own small business, she followed her passion to become a Financial Advisor specializing in designing a roadmap to integrate the vision for their business with achieving their overall life goals. Together, Melinda and her clients create and execute business strategies for sustainable growth, business continuity, and succession planning.
Melinda received a B.S. Degree in Polymer Engineering from USM and an M.B.A with an emphasis in Finance from Auburn University.

Mathew Delgado
Matthew is a senior commercial banker and first vice president with MidFirst Bank in San Antonio. He leverages his 25-plus years of experience in accounting, finance and banking to act as a strategic consultant to his clients. By partnering together, Matthew and his clients are able to achieve manageable and responsible growth that benefits the community, businesses and families.
A San Antonio native, he loves making a positive impact on his hometown. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
He is actively involved with his church, the food bank, youth sports and nature conservation.

Carlos Guevara
Carlos is a Business Broker and M&A Advisor, he joined VR Business Brokers – San Antonio in 2009 and has completed multiple transactions in many industries. His 25+ years of experience include owning steel fabrication and plastic recycling and injection molding companies, and an air conditioning equipment distribution company.
This broad career gives Carlos the ability to work comfortably as an Intermediary and when needed, assisting business owners through their business exit process. Carlos is a top 10 producer within the VR Business Brokers worldwide system.
Carlos has a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM (1995) and is married to his high school sweetheart Estelita. He is a proud parent of three children, and an active member at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Robert Latham
Bob is the managing partner and principal at IBG’s Texas office. Bob offers extensive M&A experience in
the purchase and sale of businesses in the manufacturing, construction, maintenance, and distribution
sectors and in logistics and other B2B services. His key attributes in deal-making are creative problem
solving, attention to detail, and follow-through – qualities that provide him with a rare perspective in
helping business owners achieve their purchase and sale objectives.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the
Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Ron Ondechek, Jr.
Ron Ondechek Jr is the Founder of South Highland Ventures LLC, a full-service private equity firm serving investors and growth-oriented companies with a full suite of capital investment, M&A, advisory, and operational services. SHV has built a reputation for its exclusive & off-market deal flow, skill in scaling companies, and expertise in technology adoption. Ron specializes in supporting high growth early stage to middle market companies all the way through to exit and presided over 100 debt and equity transactions as a VC/PE fund manager, investment banker, consultant, and entrepreneur.

Teri Villanueva
Teri Villanueva was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
She is currently a Franchise Consultant with FranNet, a franchise consulting firm. As a FranNet Consultant, Teri helps individuals navigate the research and due diligence of owning a franchise and determining which would be the best fit. She likes to say she is a “Business Matchmaker”.
Teri is passionate about making a difference and enjoys educating her clients and being a resource for them before and after the sale. On a recent Google review, one of Teri’s clients said she was a partner in his discovery process and she is a real star in this space.
